Pricing

What it costs, what's included, and exactly how it works.
No hidden fees. No surprises.

One service. Every client gets the full stack.

No tiers to navigate. The core service covers everything your business needs to stay secure, supported, and running properly. Additional services are available if you want them, but nothing essential is behind one.

This is how we stay lean and efficient. We can't deliver the service we promise if we're trying to manage Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, 14 different antivirus platforms, and 4 different SOCs. One stack, managed properly, is how you get consistent results.

Mobile-only workers and service accounts available at reduced rates.

Microsoft licensing separate

Billed at list price under its own agreement. No markup.

Seasonal licensing built in

Core staff on annual subscriptions for the best rate. Seasonal staff on monthly so you can scale down when the season ends.

Bill adjusts as you change

Add people or devices, it goes up. Remove them, it comes down. A minimum commitment applies, but beyond that you only pay for what you're using.

One Direct Debit

Invoiced on the 1st, collected automatically. No chasing, no credit terms.

Fair usage on support

Subject to fair usage. Most clients never come close. Details in the agreement.

Line-of-business apps

Our published pricing covers the core service. If your team relies on line-of-business apps that need hands-on support, pricing adjusts to reflect that. We'll scope this during discovery so there are no surprises.

After-hours emergency support

Available when you need it, billed separately. Core support hours are Mon–Fri, 9am–5:30pm.

What's not included in the core managed service

Our inclusion list is extensive, but anything not on it is by definition excluded.
Here are the most common examples.

Hardware (we source, ship, and support the setup remotely - you pay for the equipment and will need someone onsite to connect it)
Projects (scoped and quoted separately)
Onsite visits (charged for time, travel, mileage, and any accommodation or expenses)
Networking, Wi-Fi, internet connections, structured cabling
CCTV, access control, telephony
Line of business apps that don't have their own vendor support
Devices running unsupported operating systems
Cyber breach investigation and recovery (handled via your cyber insurance provider)
Home networks and personal devices

What counts as a project? Anything that changes the status quo of your systems. Rolling out new software across your team, installing a new printer or scanner, rebranding all your email signatures, migrating data between platforms, or restructuring after a merger. Support keeps things running. Projects move things forward. We scope and quote these separately so you always know the cost before we start.

Available when you need them

Not every business needs these, so they're not baked into the core price. But they're here when you do.

Password Manager

Most of the users we support sign in with Microsoft 365 and single sign-on for other apps. It doesn't make sense to roll out a password manager to those! For the users that use systems not covered by SSO, a managed vault keeps them secure and off sticky notes.

Microsoft Azure

Cloud servers, virtual desktops, or hybrid infrastructure. We provision, manage, and support your Azure environment alongside your core service.

Microsoft Teams Phone

Replace your traditional phone system with Teams calling. We handle the setup, number porting, and ongoing management.

Professional Services

Consultative, project-based work scoped and quoted separately.

Software, Automation & AI

Custom tools, workflow automation, and AI solutions built around how your business actually works. Pain Points tells us where the friction is. We build what fixes it.

Microsoft Fabric

Bring your business data together in one place. We design, build, and support Fabric environments so you can turn scattered data into clear, actionable insight.

Pricing

We price per device and per user, with everything included from day one. No tiers, no hidden fees. Get in touch and we'll put together a quote based on your team size.

From first conversation to fully managed

No rushed sales process. We take the time to understand where you are before we propose where you could be.

1

We have a chat

A straightforward conversation about your business, your team, and what's not working. No pitch deck, no pressure.

2

We discover where you are

We review your current setup. What's working, what's not, where the risks are, and what needs to change. You get a clear picture of your current state, not just a quote.

3

We show you what it'll look like

A clear proposal showing exactly what your managed environment will look like once onboarded. What changes, what stays, what it costs. No ambiguity.

4

You sign up

We invest heavily upfront in onboarding and securing your environment. A 12-month commitment ensures we can deliver that properly. It renews for another 12 months unless you tell us otherwise.

5

We onboard your team

We connect to your Microsoft 365, deploy our management and security tools, harden every device, and onboard every user one-to-one. Security, backups, SOC monitoring, and cyber training all go live.

A one-off onboarding fee applies. This is quoted during discovery and depends on your current setup, team size, and the work needed to get you to a fully managed state.

6

You stop thinking about IT

Your team calls us, not you. Issues get resolved. Devices stay patched and secure. You focus on the business.

7

Your business keeps getting better

Pain Points surfaces the hidden inefficiencies your team lives with every day. We're here when you're ready to act on them. Process redesign, automation, AI. The managed service keeps things running. This is how we help you move forward.

We've shown you everything. Now let's talk about your business.
